Welcome to sign this agreement with the micro team platform operator and use the micro team platform service!

1. Special tips

1.1 "microteam" agrees to provide relevant services based on Internet and mobile network (hereinafter referred to as "network services") in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the operating rules issued from time to time. In order to obtain network services, the service user (hereinafter referred to as "user") shall agree to all terms of this Agreement and complete the registration procedure according to the prompts on the page.

2. Service content

2.1 the information services defined by "microteam" include text, sound, photos, videos, charts, geographic location services, advertisements, etc.

2.2 the user understands that "microteam" only provides relevant network services. In addition, the equipment related to relevant network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and required expenses (such as mobile phone fees paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.

3. Change, interruption or termination of services

3.1 in view of the particularity of network services, the user agrees that "microteam" has the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the network services at any time. If the changed, interrupted or terminated network service is a free network service, "microteam" does not need to notify the user, nor does it need to bear any responsibility to any user or any third party.

3.2 users understand that "microteam" needs to overhaul or maintain the platform providing network services (such as Internet website, mobile network, etc.) or relevant equipment regularly or irregularly. If the network service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, "microteam" does not need to bear any responsibility for this, but "microteam" should make a notice in advance as far as possible.

4. Usage rules

4.1 the ownership of the "microteam" account belongs to the "microteam". After completing the application registration procedures, the user obtains the right to use the "microteam" account of the "microteam". The right to use the account belongs to the initial applicant for registration. It is prohibited to transfer or lend the account and password to others. If users find that their account is illegally used by others, they should immediately notify the "microteam". The "microteam" shall not bear any responsibility for the illegal use of account and password by others due to hacking or user's neglect of custody; The user shall be legally responsible for all activities and events carried out with his user account.

4.2 the user agrees that "microteam" has the right to put various commercial advertisements or other business information of any type in various ways in the process of providing network services, and the user agrees to accept that "microteam" sends commodity promotion or other relevant business information to the user by e-mail or other means.

4.3 users must follow the following principles when using the "microteam" network service:

4.3.1 comply with relevant laws and regulations;

4.3.2 comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;

4.3.3 do not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;

4.3.4 do not use the "microteam" network service in any form to infringe the commercial interests of the "microteam", including but not limited to publishing commercial advertisements not approved by the "microteam";

4.3.5 the "microteam" network service system shall not be used for any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network;

4.3.6 it is not allowed to upload, display or disseminate any false, slandering, intimidating or other illegal information by using the network services provided by the "microteam", otherwise it will be severely dealt with;

4.3.7 it is not allowed to upload, display or disseminate any naked, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, harassing or other illegal information by using the network services provided by the "microteam", otherwise it will be severely dealt with;

4.3.8 it shall not infringe the patent right, copyright, trademark right, reputation right, portrait right or any other legitimate rights and interests of any other third party;

4.3.9 the "microteam" network service system shall not be used for any behavior detrimental to the "microteam";

4.4 "microteam" has the right to review and supervise users' use of "microteam" network services (including but not limited to reviewing the contents stored in "microteam"). If users violate any of the above provisions when using network services, ”The "microteam" or its authorized person has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures to mitigate the impact caused by the user's misconduct.

4.5 any statement, notice, warning and other contents made by "microteam" in various ways (including but not limited to web announcement, e-mail, SMS reminder, etc.) for the use of some specific "microteam" network services shall be regarded as a part of this agreement. If users use such "microteam" network services, it shall be deemed that users agree to the contents of such statement, notice and warning.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 the user expressly agrees that the risk of using the "microteam" network service will be borne by himself; All consequences arising from its use of the "microteam" network service shall also be borne by itself, and the "microteam" shall not bear any responsibility to users.

5.2 the "microteam" does not guarantee that the network service will meet the requirements of users, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.

5.3 "microteam" does not guarantee the accuracy and integrity of the external links set up to provide convenience to users. At the same time, for the content on any web page not actually controlled by "microteam" pointed to by such external links, "microteam" does not bear any responsibility.

5.4 for network service interruption or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of the "microteam", the "microteam" will not bear any responsibility, but will try its best to reduce the loss and impact on users.

5.5 at present, all contents of in application training are only for internal test.

6. Amendment of the agreement

6.1 "microteam" has the right to modify any terms of this agreement according to policy needs.

6.2 if you do not agree with the modification made by "microteam" to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right to stop using the network service. If the user continues to use the network service, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the modification made by "microteam" to the relevant terms of this agreement.

7. Legal rights

The company reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of any malicious attack and theft by illegal means that infringes upon the legitimate rights.
